Located 15 minutes from Toulouse and 30 minutes from Albi, quiet, lovely new house fully equipped and on one level, with views of the fields.
The villa has a large reception room with open kitchen. You will have filter coffee maker, Senséo coffee maker, kettle and toaster, as well as all the kitchen essentials available. The living room has a large comfortable sofa that can be converted. The 2 bedrooms have large storage space, a shower room, a separate toilet and a pantry with washing machine (usable from 3 nights booked minimum).


Garden with 2 terraces (one to the south of 15m² and 1 to the north of 24 m² ideal in summer)

Possibility to park the car on the street or in the private road of the house.

Non-smoking accommodation.

Cleaning must be done on your departure (products available). Or it can be done for you but at an additional cost.
