"Hotel was maybe 5/10 enough but the staff are incompetent to the point of fraudulence.
I extended my stay online and then staff told me they put the wrong price online so I had to pay the extra £350. I was tired because they had just woken me up to tell me this and I didn’t want to argue so I just did it. I should have just left then and there.
The guy at the counter kept asking me to pay for the extended stay, and then when I tried to pay for it, he told me he had to text the manager and kept...

"Would never had found property of it wasn’t for the owner sending photos of door outside and key pad instructions. Great communication but only received once room had been cleaned and was ready earlier than check in.
Although it was classed as deluxe studio it lacked in nice bedding. Only 2 rubbish pillows for 2 people. No more extras one. My pillow was very lumping and uncomfortable. Apart from that the studio was lovely. Good presentation. Nice lighting. Shame towel heater didn’t switch off as...

"I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was disappointing.
One of the reasons I booked this property instead of an Airbnb was the expectation of basic hotel amenities and comfort. Unfortunately, the hotel advertised having a bar and restaurant, but neither was actually available during my stay. This felt misleading from the start.

"Sehr schöne Unterkunft um ein paar Tage in London zu bleiben.
Leider wird das Zimmer erst ab sieben Nächten einmal zwischen gereinigt. Man kann sich zwar neue Handtücher besorgen allerdings ist es doch ganz nett, wenn zwischendurch mal sauber gemacht wird.
Die Umgebung ist sicherer als gedacht. Auch wenn man sich kurz etwas gewöhnen muss."

"Very clean, recently refurbished rooms and an easy self-check in process. Very comfortable beds, really quiet rooms at the back of the property, a fridge and safe in the room, and an excellent TV with loads of streaming options.
The only slight drawbacks were a strange weed-like smell which lingered in the corridor just outside my room during my stay, and my colleague who stayed two floors up was disturbed on both nights by the 'passionate' noise of the guests in the next room..!
