"Property is true to the listing!! Pretty, clean, spacious, stocked with linen and kitchen supplies! Walkable to the beach (basically on the beach 1 minute walk down the drive to the water) gorgeous bathrooms, incredible group seating with an outside fire pit and a great covered deck. There is also an incredible winery just 5 minutes away from the VRBO. We are already raving about how wonderful this listing is we are very thankful for the owner’s hospitality. "

"For our first trip to the Far North with our Aussie friends, having water views and a great location were key factors in selecting where to stay. As soon as we arrived, we knew we'd made the right decision. The bach has a charm of its own with its mismatched crockery, glasses, and comfortable couches, and reminded me of childhood summers spent in New Zealand. There's no need to turn on TV when you can simply sit on the deck and enjoy the scenery. The only downside was the BBQ, which we didn’t...

"Loved the view and the unique layout of the property. Was perfect for a quick getaway. Close to shops and beaches, short drive to restaurants and coffee in Mangonui. Enjoyed our stay thoroughly!"

We ahve stayed in alot of diferent holiday accomadation and Davinas was one of the best. The amenities were top notch, coffee machine, extra towels, just all the little things that are often missing when you go to a holiday stay these days, location, cleanliness, I cannot speak highly enough of this Bookabach! "We had 6 glorious weeks in The Kereru’s Nest. Fay and James were wonderful hosts. A real home from home (with a pool, wonderful views, friendly locals, superb beach etc etc). I really miss the Old Packhouse Saturday market in Kerikeri and the splendid workout that the driveway gave us (we made it a daily ritual to walk down and back up again to get in our “steps”). Plenty of walks/tramps in the vicinity too for when we wanted to be more active. Thoroughly recommend. "

Weather was a bit rough just after the cyclone but we still enjoyed our time there and wished we could have stayed a bit longer!"
