WELCOME TO OUR TORREY SPRINGS ONE BEDROOM HOME

Our new, modern home with an open layout you and your guests will love, is decorated simply yet of high quality. The large windows and sliding glass doors allow you to experience every beautiful sunrise and sunset, starry night, and scenery without ever stepping outside. The large back patio is designed for your comfort. A place to relax, entertain or just enjoy the magnificent Utah Red Rock scenery and Boulder Mountain. Our guests love the balmy breezes, silence, stillness and privacy that surround this quaint location. Also, check out our Two Bedroom home at VRBO.com/564942.

This home has one bedroom and one bath. There is a Air Bed for the kids or extra guests. The beds, mattresses and linens are of high quality for a good night’s sleep. The bathroom features a large, rain head shower. For your convenience, we have a new stacking washer and dryer, if needed.

If cooking is your passion, look no further. Our vacation home kitchen is complete. All new Stainless Steel appliances, granite counter tops and island. You’ll find all of the cooking tools you need from good, sharp knifes to quality pots and pans. The cupboards are filled with dishes, utensils and glasses, mixing bowls and the main staples – flour, sugar, coffee, spices, plus more. Included is a coffee maker, waffle iron, pancake griddle, blender, mixer, etc. You’ll love preparing your meals as you look out the 2 - 8’ sliding glass doors to the creek below and the clouds forming over the Boulder Mountains.

The patio has a first-class, gas, BBQ with a beautiful wicker table that seats four. There are also two lounge chairs with ottomans and a fire pit for relaxing and watching for wild turkeys, rabbits, deer and elk that frequent the area. The porch on the entrance has views of the red rock vistas and sunsets. Both patios are covered for year round enjoyment. We also have gravity loungers for star gazing.

We also have all the electronics you’ll need – large screen cable TV, and high speed Wi-Fi internet.

We are located minutes away from beautiful hiking and biking trails, National Forests, Torrey Town and its restaurants, bars and shopping, and the gateway to Capitol Reef National Park. Other Utah destinations like Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument, Bryce Canyon National Park, Zion National Park, Arches and Canyonlands National Parks and Lake Powell, are within hours drive making our home a perfect base camp.

We are always available for any information or questions you may have about our home and the surrounding area.

Wonderful stay near Capital Reef National Park!

Thanks to Linda and Martin for providing us with a very cozy home away from home! We have been to many rental properties over the years and by far this VRBO is the most well stocked/provisioned. From the kitchen to the bathroom, Linda and Martin have thought of everything. It was so nice to find a refrigerator stocked with refreshments and condiments to our liking. We found that the bathroom was well stocked and had several items “just in case” we needed them. We enjoyed the back porch, especially after a long day of hiking. The bed was very comfortable, and we loved all of the amenities, the comfortable furnishings and modern decor. We would certainly recommend this VRBO to others.

This is a great new house. Comfortable bed and furniture. Very nice linens and fluffy towels. Very well stocked, which is uncommon and much appreciated. Nice area with great views above town. Thanks!

Convenient and comfortable!

Great Location property was perfect.

The property is even better than described. It was the perfect location for our exploration of Capitol Reef National Park. Linda was helpful when we contacted her about our weather concerns. The property was super clean, tastefully decorated with all the amenities. We enjoyed the patio with fire pit.

Amazing home and location

Everything is exquisitely decorated, with new fixtures, appliances, and decor. The views are stunning, the stars are incredible, the park is close, the kitchen is well appointed, and the hosts are responsive and friendly. Incredible!

Beautiful place to stay!

This place was amazing and cozy! The host was great and was very quick with communication. They also thought of everything...there were beers in the fridge for us, all the spices and cooking supplies needed, and even laundry soap. It really allowed us to relax and for it to feel like home. The place was very clean, the views on the back porch were amazing every morning while drinking coffee, and it was nice and quiet. Absolutely recommend staying here...and I hope we are able to again in the future!

Extreme Comfort with a splendid view

Owner advised us when the property was ready for us. Came by to greet us and make sure all was well. Very welcoming. Spotlessly clean house throughout. The best equipped rental we have experienced with VRBO properties, including kitchen, bath, etc. Each afternoon we were able to sit on the deck and enjoy the expansive view.

Best Vrbo Experience

We were amazed by the views and home. Kitchen fully stocked with many extras and staples. Like maple syrup, pancake mix, peanut butter, jelly, spaghetti and sauce, coffee bar with everything, soda, water, beer, and bathroom had ALL the things including bathrobes and slippers. Gas grill and fire pit on our lovely back deck and favorite hangout. Our best Vrbo experience ever. Our hosts were readily available if needed and the kindest couple. We will recommend to everyone. So very happy with this stay. Would return today if we could.

Stay here!!

This place is perfect. I chose to stay here because of the enticing pictures on the listing. The reality is that the experience is even better. The views, the quality of the interior design and furnishings, the thoughtfulness in providing everything that make this place feel like home is unparalled in my experience. Then you add to all of this, Linda, the host, who is so willing to share her knowledge of the area and be readily available, if needed, and you have a perfect vacation rental experience. Stay here.

Capital Reef

Perfect! We have stayed in many VRBO properties. This one is the best. It was clean and very well equipped. The frig was stocked with drinks and condiments. The cabinets had dry goods, oils, every size of zip lock bag. The bathroom was the same way. The bed was comfy and the shower was great. I highly recommend staying here.

Great location and host

Excellent location , even during the rain , not too far off main road that takes you into Capital Reef. Beautiful location for star gazing after enjoying the park during the day.
