"They gave us a faulty key that broke in half inside the lock of our door on our first night which locked us out of our room for a while. Their “emergency line” doesn’t work and we even tried contacting them through what’s app and Expedia chat as well. We had neighbors upstairs who tried helping us with the door and they said they didn’t get the room they paid for which also led to a bad experience with this property. "Fantastic location. Apartment was clean, spacious and beautiful with high ceilings. Driving up to the location is deceiving as the street looks a bit ghetto - but the hotel itself is nice inside and the area is completely safe and secure. They have a great onsite parking area and pool. One note - the entrance to the secure parking is TIGHT. If you have anything larger than a midsize SUV I don’t think you’d fit. Would definitely stay again and Porto is beautiful and very walkable."
