Open plan living/dining area opens out to grassed areas in front of first tee on golf course.

Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and convection oven.

Broadband Wifi. HD TV, DVD/CD player with a small number of DVDs available.

2 bedrooms - Master with ensuite. Main bathroom with large bath.

Laundry with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.

Bedding, linen and bath towels provided. (Please BYO beach towels.)

600m to Zeally Bay/Whites Beach.
100m to Tennis court, BBQ, outdoor pool, Clubhouse, playground, bocce court and other facilities. (BYO tennis and bocce equipment.)

Ceiling fans are installed in the bedrooms. Standing fans are located downstairs. Air-conditioning is not installed.

Restrictions:
Smoking not permitted inside the house nor on the upstairs balcony.
Pets not permitted.
No schoolies.

Great location

Lovely property, although a little tired. After communicating a couple of concerns with the owner to address some cleaning issues they acknowledged that they would be replacing some furniture and engaging with their cleaner. I would stay here again.

Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay. The property was great and we enjoyed ourselves. I think we lucked out with weather, so the no aircon in the home wasn’t an issue, but it would be challenging in really hot weather. Some of the fans in the bathrooms didn’t work. We managed to cool this down as the air goes through the two sliding doors down stairs. Home an accommodated 7 of us well and the kids loved the pool at the club and tennis.

Great weekend stay

Lovely, clean property with plenty of room. Had all the amenities we needed. We loved the tennis court and pool. Just wish the weather was warmer. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Calm, beautiful, easy stay

This place is wonderful.... Open, bright spaces, quiet neighbourhood with views to trees and big skies, bird song and the sound of the ocean. It is close to the beautiful beaches of Torquay and we found delicious places to eat nearby. We also prepared food in the house and we found all the kitchen amenities we needed. There is a relaxed, happy vibe in the house. The house was impeccably clean. Thankyou for a wonderful stay.

Beaut getaway

We spent 6 nights at The Coast, great to escape Melbourne at the start of the holidays, and thankful for some sunny winter sunshine. Long walks along the beach (this part of Torquay is much quieter)- and easy bike riding / longer walk into cafes in town. Golf on the beautiful Sands course was part of the plan and kids enjoyed the tennis court. The accommodation was clean & comfortable and towels, linen provided plus a washing machine & dryer. All in all, a very warm house with the extra bathrooms and ensuite appreciated. We cooked a few meals, but there's so many take aways options in town. We had a great time, thanks Killian.

Family weekend

Property was exactly as described. Easy entry with key in keysafe easily accessible as soon as you arrive. Lovely view out to first tee. Didn't use the outdoor pool but kids loved the access to the tennis court. We even brought our bocce balls but ran out of time to use that facility as well. Our stay was on a very busy Australia Day weekend so the location was perfect.

Short getaway

We enjoyed our stay here, place is a bit dated but good size and good price. We did originally think this was part of the Sands resort but it is not, so you dont have access to the facilities. Killian was very good to deal with re check in and returning something we left there afterwards. Thanks for a good stay!
