DO NOT BOOK

Booked 2+ months before check in and host cancelled the booking just 6 days before check in. Said they are no longer permitted to rent but then the house listing was back up the next day. Beware and do not book.

We booked our reservation and paid but never stayed because the owner rented to another person without using Vrbo. After answering to my calls and reassuring me of my booking they have refused to answer me till today nor refund me. Vrbo and the owner are turning me around thus rendering my vacation a nightmare. My lawyer will get to the case to get my money refunded and also damages for the trauma my family went through. They have been ignoring my chats and phone calls, Vrbo too promised to contact me since Saturday June 29th 2024 but till today I have no answer, no refund. Social media will be of great help here because I will expose Vrbo for bad service for not vetting their partners well

Great location near Toronto

This is a newer property with a great location if you are looking to be near Toronto. The place was modern and the aesthtic of home was great. The only downside if this was there was no hand soap provided, garbage bags for bathrooms and the bar soap they had for hands was old and had hair a ll over it. The lawn wasnt mowed so if you were looking to go out in the yard, you werent able to. Other then those listed, it was a great stay.
