Starter Essentials

To help you settle in, limited starter supplies are provided, including toilet paper, paper towels, soap, salt & pepper, sugar, tea, and coffee. Guests are encouraged to plan ahead for any additional supplies needed during their stay.

Building Amenities

Per building regulations, the gym, sauna, pool, and hot tub are available only for guests with reservations of 28 nights or longer.

Towels

One bath towel is provided per registered guest. Additional towels may be requested in advance.

Unit Access

As this is a condominium building, management may occasionally require access using a master key. Advance notice will be provided whenever possible; however, emergency access may occur without prior notice. Guest cooperation is appreciated.

Temperature Control

Heating and air conditioning are regulated by condo management. Temperature adjustments can be made within approved building ranges, while seasonal HVAC availability is managed by the building.

Liability & Safety

By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and accept these terms and release the host and co-host from liability. Hosts are not responsible for slip-and-fall incidents, vehicle damage, or loss or damage to personal belongings.

Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited, and a $300 cleaning fee will be charged if any evidence of smoking is detected.
