Enjoy our modern spacious home located in the heart of Mississauga.

This home is based in the community of Fairview in Mississauga. City Centre, Mississauga Valleys and Hurontario are nearby neighborhoods. Nearby attractions includes Kariya Park and Mississauga Celebration Square within 10 mins walk, 14 mins drive from Erindale Park and 16 mins drive from St. Lawrence Park. Toronto Pearson International Airport is within 25 mins drive away. There are also a lot of restaurants and shops nearby!

This 3-story home boasts modern finishes, vaulted ceiling, a fully-stocked kitchen, and updated amenities. Perfect for those who come to the city to work or relax!

Filled with natural light, the spacious and bright living area is perfectly designed for relaxation and dining, It’s set up with a 55" Smart TV, where you can watch your favourite movies and TV shows. It also has board games for you and your family to enjoy.

On the main floor, there is a queen-sized bed with a Smart TV, a kitchen and dining area which are fully equipped with everything you need and the perfect place to eat and relax after a long day of sightseeing or working. Washer and dryer are also located here.

Upper Level, there are 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom, and a dedicated workspace. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a dedicated workspace. The third bedroom has a has a queen-sized bed with a dedicated workspace and a sofa bed for extra sleeping space. The fourth bedroom , also have a queen-sized bed with ensuite bathroom and a closet. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms have shared washroom.

There is also a great backyard with outdoor seating where you can gather around and have a morning coffee.

High-speed WiFi with an internet speed up to 200 Mbps, electric fireplace and 5 driveway parking spaces in front of the house are all provided during your stay!

Perfect location for us. Excellent space for the 6 adults and 4 children making up our party. Excellent communications and responses with Stephanie the property manager. But air conditioning system has poor distribution to bedrooms, hence that space is not a comfortable temperature. Cleanliness on arrival was a major disappointment. Exterior deck Plus other problems made our stay average.

This property is falsely advertised! There is no backyard retreat it was trash ridden, over grown plantings, wildlife feces and wildlife entering the property comfortably and most likely living under the dilapidated deck that is rotting one of us fell of the steps not safely attached to the deck and the ground. Entire stay unable sit deck or go in yard furniture needed to be power washed! Air conditioning inside did not work properly and the fans/vents and portable air purifiers were covered in thick dust! Two of us suffered from a respiratory illness due to the excess dust and poor ventilation since the air condition did not work it was very hot. Dirty oven, broken toilets, windows and front door locked and light switches worn and needing replacement. Main trash and recycling bins overflowing from previous guests! Host admitted she had not visited the property, asked us to take photos which we did and spent half of our vacation documenting all the issues so she could have information to show her cleaning crew all along agreeing we did not deserve this experience promised to refund us half the money but lied and said we never sent pictures which we documented and spent time on the phone with the host several times it took away from our stay. Not our problem to help the host figure out why the place was not as promised. Stephanie did not want us to contact VRBO. Unsafe and unhealthy home looks nice but it’s a LIE do not stay there, deceptive greedy host and owners!

Stephanie was amazing to deal with. The property was huge, beautiful and well cleaned. We were very impressed that every bedroom either had an attached bathroom or one right next to it. The location couldn’t have been any better. We were able to walk to square one and to get coffee every morning and felt very safe in the neighbourhood. All other places we went were less than a 30 minute drive way including when we went downtown Toronto. Truly had an amazing stay and would recommend this property to anyone.

La maison est grande, belle comme sur les photos et l'emplacement de la maison a été bien pour notre déplacement. Cependant, la propriété des conduis d'air et de la cour nous ont déçu.
