I don’t usually leave reviews, but my stay at this property compels me to do so.
However, just a few minutes after check-in, the concierge informed me that my accommodation had been changed.
When I arrived at this first apartment, I found it in a deplorable condition: messy and clearly unclean. I immediately contacted the concierge, who then quickly reassigned me to the original unit, the one corresponding to the photos in the listing.
In this second apartment, everything matched the photos visually, but several major issues significantly impacted my stay, especially considering it was a business trip:
Only one set of keys was provided, with no access badge for the building. In an extremely secure building, this became a real nightmare: it was impossible to access the lobby or use the elevators without an access badge. I was repeatedly told that a badge would be delivered to me, but this never happened during my stay.
The Wi-Fi was not working on the first day, despite the fact that I had specifically chosen this property for work purposes. The issue was resolved the following day.
Several pieces of equipment in the apartment were faulty:
the bathroom light was not working
the coffee machine was not functional
the apartment’s front door handle fell off every time the door was closed
the water temperature in the shower and faucets was impossible to regulate.
In summary, a very disappointing experience, marked by a lack of preparation, follow-up, and professionalism
