PRIMARY BEDROOM:
The primary Bedroom boasts a king pillow top bed, spacious ensuite luxury bathroom, and large wardrobe.

BEDROOM 2 , 3 & 4:
Bedroom 2, 3 and 4 all have a queen bed. Each of these bedrooms have their own private ensuite luxury bathrooms.

KITCHEN
Our fully stocked chef's kitchen is nothing short of luxury with high-end appliances.

LIVING ROOM
Includes a large sofa set, fireplace and mounted 60 inch TV.

DINING ROOM
Our large dining space is very warm and offers guests a fantastic space for enjoying meals in luxury and comfort.

We are located in an ultra affluent & safe community in the north end of Toronto (North York). We are a 2 minute drive to the subway station which will take you directly downtown within 30 minutes. Alternatively, the drive to downtown is 30 minutes as well.

GUEST ACCESS:
**The basement is NOT included. It is rented separately to a small family. They have their own private entrance at the back of the home and it is a completely independent unit. You have your own private entrance at the front door. All of the amenities of the home are fully private and not shared with anyone else. Backyard access is not included however you have your own patio as shown in the photos.

• 2 free parking spots are available on the driveway. Garage is not available.

Other things to note
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:

We do not ask our guests to clean and do not have a chore list.

To ensure the safety of our guests, neighbors and community, you must agree to the following house rules. The below rules also help to ensure a clean home for all future guests to enjoy.

• Absolutely no parties or events. Quiet hours are 11pm-7am.

• Max capacity is 8 persons including visitors. The total amount of guests and visitors cannot exceed 8 at any time. You must accurately disclose number of guests at booking.

• Absolutely no smoking of any kind.

• No shoes to be worn inside home for purposes of hygiene.

• No pets.
