The property was very clean. Host was responsive. Kitchen was equipped but couldn’t find a cutting board. Although coffee and tea was provided, preferred sealed items like keureg pods, sealed tea bags, sugar, no creamers provided etc. The Wide angle photos gave a perception of wider spaces. The one negative thing was the piping in the property was very loud, especially in the basement suite was very noisy. Every shower or flushing was loud. The property was located in a good area, very convenient to highways. There was only one tv and that was in the living room. It would have been nice to have a few more, especially when traveling with kids. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Listing did not state it was a townhouse with 3 floors and many, many stairs. I have difficulty walking up stairs. Listing said it was a home so I assumed it was a single family.Very roomy, bathrooms for each bedroom was accommodating.Previous garbage in the cans in the garage was not picked up before we arrived so it made it impossible to add more garbage. Very slippery bath mat in top floor tub made me fall and am very bruised up. Owner stated he would have someone deliver a new mat but that never came.

Our stay

There was 7 of us staying and it was very nice to have 4 bedrooms, each with their own ensuite. The day we arrived it became evident that the AC was not working properly, but to the credit of the landlord, they sent out a HVAC technician to get it working. There was only one tv in the unit and would have been nice to have at least one additional tv. The listing indicated that there was a BBQ, but when we arrived there wasn’t one which was disappointing because we had brought food to BBQ. Other than the above, the property was very clean, beds were comfortable, and would recommend it.

Great place

We had 8 adults stay here travelling from different parts of the country. Great location with a shopping center nearby as well as a walmart. Loved having a bathroom in every room, only note is providing more toilet paper with that many people staying and possibly a couple more towels. Easy checkout.

Friends Fun

Trip to Canada to experience the Niagara Falls and Toronto area. It was unusually hot in the area for this time of year. The house was also hot and did not really cool down with attempts to increase the thermostat. We simply purchased fans at a local store and made it work. The process to place garbage in the garage was a good idea, however it had not been collected for some time. The garage was quite full of smelly garbage. Otherwise the house met our needs.

Great Toronto Area Rental

We had a great time with our family visiting friends in Toronto area for Christmas. Plenty of room for all of us, with separate bathrooms for each couple and everything that we needed to cook and enjoy our dinner on Christmas eve. Our puppy enjoyed the stay too! The fireplace was just perfect to warm up and exchange our gifts. The check-in process was seamless, the rooms were clean, as well as linens and towels. We will stay again without any hesitation if we visit Toronto again. Thank you

Great Family Reunion Rental

Very nice place for holiday family reunion with our adult kids and niece. Loved the big kitchen table and extra kitchen things for cooking bigger meals. Clean, comfortable beds and bathrooms. The owner was very responsive when we needed help with a couple of things.

Weekend in Toronto

Fantastic property. Plenty of space, two parking spots, close to numerous restaurants and a 30 min ride into Toronto. Having 4.5 baths and 4 bedrooms was incredible too. There was even room for air mattresses in the basement if needed. I would absolutely recommend Nojan’s property as he was a gracious and highly communicative host.

Great property for growing family

Our family stayed at this property during a recent vacation to Toronto. The house felt clean and fresh. The layout and space let everyone their own bedrooms and bathroom like a hotel, but the living room and dining room gave us space to hang out, eat breakfast and spend some downtime together. This was just what our family needed.
