"Bathroom was very clean as far as I could tell. Amenities were body wash and shampoo in the shower, and 4 shower caps on the bathroom counter. Air conditioner and outside street noise were very noisy but I was able to sleep through it. Mattresses are very soft and slept-in, but that's expected at this level of hotel. Office staff were courteous and nice. They'll ask for your car's license plate when you check in for parking purposes."

"Staff were friendly. We did not use the hot tub or the dishes in the room. The suite felt odd, doors that were locked and furniture in the kitchen blocking another door. The toilet had poor water flow and the whole place needed repainting or rust removal. The microwave door couldn’t open due to the furniture it was on top of reduced the door’s swing. "This was our second stay at this motel and I have to say it was as great of an experience as it was the first time. The owner is extremely friendly and went out of his way to ensure that our room was ready for us since we checked in exactly at 3pm. The motel is clean, comfortable and welcoming. There’s parking spaces directly in front of the room doors and you can usually catch a spot right in front of your room. The AC works great and is quiet. "This property was perfect for an overnight trip to Ventura. We went to see a concert at the Majestic Theatre and it was within walking distance to downtown which was great. It was also a super short walk to the beach. Rooms were spacious and clean, much quieter than a lot of hotel rooms where you can hear everything. Breakfast was decent, overall a great stay!"
