"very interesting hotel due to the godzilla theme. located right in the heart of shinjuku. the narita air port bus drop me about 2mins away from the hotel. otherwise, it's actually about 5 to 10mins away from mrt I stayed on the top floor. the room is spacious with a nice view. bed, toilet, etc all ..."

"清潔、安全、スタッフ様の対応が完璧。 部屋に大きな鏡があり、靴べらもあり、小さな点に心遣いを感じられます。 部屋のテレビは、YouTubeなど繋げられます。 私の個人の見解は、このホテルは星５つです。 新宿でこのクオリティ、価格は、良い意味でバグです笑 清掃スタッフ様も挨拶をして下さります。 しかしフロントスタッフ様は殆どが日本人の方で、貴方が日本語を話せない場合、ミスコミュニケーションが生じるかと思います。（その現場を見ました） でも、スタッフ様は心からより良い接客を心がけ、あまりにも文化が違う場合疲れてしまう場合もあるかと思います。 この度はありがとうございました。 ..."
