3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Modern Log Cabin with all the amenities on an interior lot, walking distance to Lake Nantahala. Less than one mile to boat launch, only a few miles to Nantahala Outdoor Center, white water rafting, trout fishing, and hiking on the Appalachian Trail. Large nearly flat semicircular drive to accommodate both with trailers. I am able to navigate my 21 foot ski boat in and out of the drive without any difficulty.

Large wrap around porch with outdoor fireplace. Full Kitchen, washer and dryer. Master bath with large shower. Second full bathroom has a tub. We have Starlink Internet and use YouTube TV. Phones work well over the Internet.

If you’re looking for some peace and quiet—this is the place. 30 minutes from town and in the middle of the Nantahala National Forest and the lake close by, it’s a wonderful spot to relax and recharge. The cabin was spacious and mostly everything you need. My wife and our two dogs stayed for two weeks from end of February thru the first week in March. Very quiet during that time and can imagine how beautiful it is here in the summer and fall seasons. My dogs absolutely loved walking in the forest by the house to sniff around. All of the amenities made it feel like home away from home. We were able to work comfortably from the home and the surrounding area was picturesque and the people were wonderful. Would love to come back during the busy season to enjoy the lake and activities. Just an amazing place.

We stayed here last year, and we loved the area so much that we came back this year. The cabin is in a perfect location for our family to be able to come enjoy the lake and hang out together. There's plenty of room for us to spread out and the porch is just amazing!

This was a lovely home away from home while we attended our niece's wedding. We were a short drive from the Lake's End Bar and Grill where we had a delicious pizza on our first night. The next day, we rented a boat at the marina for a fine time on the lake.The hosts were extremely gracious and helpful when we had a personal emegency and needed to extend our stay. The cabin is spacious, well eqipped, clean, and comfortable. We highly recommend.

BEAUTIFUL CABIN

This place was amazing! Scenic, Quiet, Secluded. If you want to escape reality this is the place you need to go! I gave a 4 out of 5 stars because of some discrepancies that we left a note on the table about Other than that we absolutely loved this cabin and will definitely rebook!

Family Mountain Getaway

Myself, my two children (19 & 21) and my parents stayed here to attend a family wedding @ Nantahala Wedding Venue. It was a beautiful & spacious cabin conveniently located near the venue. My parents have some medical issues and this was perfect with no stairs! We loved the wrap around porch with swings and hot tun! 10/10 recommend!

We came for a wedding. We are already talking about coming back for a longer stay! There are beautiful views and so much to enjoy! Fishing, kayaking, hiking, wildlife, etc. We recommend this place and the cabin is clean and beautiful!

Great cabin!

What a great place to stay! The cabin was perfect for our family. It is just a beautiful property, super clean, and a great location. This was our first trip to this specific area, and we loved the location! The cabin was so close to the marina and just a 30 minute drive into Andrews for dinner. Shane was great to work with and answered all my questions immediately.

Nantahala Stay

We would definitely return to this property in the future. The location is quiet and secluded which is what we look for when we visit the mountains. It was very clean, newly updated, and extremely comfortable. All in all it was an excellent visit!

Clean, easy access & owner is great!

We were there for a Famliy wedding. Convenient location for Nantahala Wedding Venue! Had a senior with dementia and the place was very well laid out for her to have no problems walking around inside or in the lovely porch. Kitchen is very well laid out and had everything! Could not have been more pleased, from the cleanliness to the comfort of the bed! Shane is great to communicate with, too!

Beautiful and peaceful

The place was beautiful with plenty of room to sit back and relax. We did have some issue with cell service but that is no fault of the owner they provide WiFi but we just were not always able to connect. We really enjoyed the time we spent there.

The cabin was immaculate. Very easy to find and easy to access. Shane was available but fortunately we had no issues. I still contacted him to tell him how happy we were and his responses were immediate. We will definitely be back for a repeat. We loved our stay!

Wedding week

Very nice, quiet, beautiful place for family gatherings. Equipped with everything you need. Just bring food and personal hygiene. Beautiful porch around the house with outdoor fireplace, chairs table and a hammock for relaxing. Host very accommodating. Will stay here again.
