"Within a two hour radius of this property, you can visit many interesting and beautiful sites. The property description and pictures are spot on. It was cold while we were there and we feared that the school house would be drafty. No worries --- we were very comfortable inside and didn't notice the need for jackets until walking out the front door. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone."

"This was our second stay at this property. It is so cozy and comfortable. Lots of amenities. Close to Mackinaw City and Douglas Lake. Paradise Lake provides a peaceful setting to enjoy sunsets. Well equipped with thoughtful details. Great bed and pillows. A gem. "

"Not much in immediate area which was fine, but if the outside had been trimmed and cleaned up it wouldn’t have looked so questionable. Inside was good except the dead flies in the window. If going to use tape to catch flies that tape should be switch out often. Lastly, a little more instruction in the rule book. Strip beds? or leave sheets on? Were we to wash towels? No good tv instructions. Dish remote but book talked about LG remote in book. Not sure if any air or not. I purchased a fan...

"Think of this place as staying in a camping cabin except with comfortable beds, a sink, stove and bathroom with a shower. Very rustic but comfortable camping!"

"Great place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone. Right on the lake and fairly secluded. Clean and everything seemed new. I only a couple minor concerns.1. Google maps takes you to the wrong sode of the road. This is not the owners fault but I think an issue woth google maps location.2. Llighting in the house was limited to eaither super bright or no lights. This is more of a personnel prfrnace, I like lights then can make a room dimmer in the evenings. But if thats not your thing, then...

"Overall was a perfect place to stay for our short stay. Lake is beautiful & peaceful, no noise & very little traffic. Tried to do some fishing, but lake is very weedy and didn't have any luck after trying many different spots on lake. The Roku was frustrating to use since we weren't familiar; wished we could have gotten local channels for the news/weather. But all that was all minor. We really enjoyed our home away from home."

"Very quiet area on Lake Munro. The house has a nice layout, with good size rooms. Convenient location for exploring the area. Had a nice stay there!"

"This property is beautiful; the cottage is newly updated and has a great outdoor space with lakefront access. The cottage had everything we needed in the bedrooms, kitchen and bath. It was quiet, pleasant and peaceful. "
