"Found roaches and some kinda parasitic bugs in our bath tub we tried switching rooms for them to be able to clean and what not but got told we was banned for what reason???"

"The ac was not working in the actual hotel itself but thankfully the rooms were cool. We always try to stay at Home 2 Suites when we travel especially in other states. The College Station location seems subpar compared to the many others we’ve stayed at previously."

"The hotel was undergoing renovation. Wish we were informed well in advance about that so we could better plan our stay. We only found out when we reached there. The hotel was stinking near the entrance. The rooms were old and had dust on lighting fixtures. No hot water in the bathroom sink faucets. Shower didn’t have consistent water flow. Breakfast was alright, not bad. I have definitely stayed at better Hampton Inns, this was disappointing. Glad my stay was only for a night."

"Hotel needs a make over, I mean a real make over, rooms smell bad, sofa bed had stains."

"Room was clean. They did NOT put complementary water a the room. Barely sleep the train would pass every 1 hour must of the sleeping hours leaving me up all night long. They should have put me an a better room away from the scandalous sounds of the train. Did not worth spend the night an a hotel to be up all night. Haven’t to drive 9 hours next day. Very unhappy!"

"There’s a lot to say about this property. But I’ll just say this first we walked in, checked in and walked out within five minutes of being on the property. We did not stay here. It is not safe for a variety of reasons and it is filthy dirty. On top of that the staff working there was not friendly and apparently everyone has quit so they had to bring someone from Houston to run the property for a while. The person running the property from Houston was not friendly herself when I would ask her...

"The rooms were cleaned but drove about 7 hours and booked this hotel because of the pool. We checked in Wednesday night and nobody told us the pool was not working. Thursday morning I even asked staff if they had towels by the pool and said yes. Come to find out the pool was closed. Nobody mentioned to me or on their website the pool was not opened."

"Very nice staff. Pool was clean and accessible which was important to my kid. Room was a little humid even with the air on but other than that great stay. We will be back in 2 weeks most likely"
