Whether you're planning a couple's getaway or simply looking for a comfortable home base while exploring the area, this inviting retreat combines the comforts of home with a fantastic setting and sweeping views.

Inside, the studio features three queen beds plus a sleeper sofa, making it easy to accommodate couples, families, or small groups. Exposed beams, a stone half-wall, bar seating, an electric fireplace, and a Smart TV give the space a warm, welcoming feel, creating a comfortable place to unwind after a day out.

The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including cooking basics, a microwave, toaster, and dishware and flatware. Free WiFi, complimentary toiletries, towels and linens, cleaning essentials, and central A/C and heating add the conveniences you want for a comfortable stay.

Step outside to enjoy the patio and take in the sweeping views. The outdoor space features a dining table, gas grill, and bench seating, making it a great spot to enjoy a meal, relax with a drink, or simply take in the surroundings.

The property offers step-free entry and a parking area behind the villa with room for up to two vehicles. RV and trailer parking is also allowed on-site. Please note that 4WD or AWD is necessary to access the property during the winter months.

Good to Know:
The homeowner lives on-site in a completely separate unit on the second floor and may be present during your stay. The property requires stairs between the suites and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility.

For added security, the property has two exterior cameras: a Ring Doorbell camera at the entry door facing the patio and backyard, and a camera on the garage facing the driveway. Both cameras are outward-facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras do not actively record video or sound while guests are in residence.
