"This is a nice property with great staff. However there were some issues to be aware of. The first two nights I had a room with a very hard bed. One of those nights there was no hot water. It was explained that there was a large group that stayed and that the boiler just couldn’t keep up. Understandable, however I was moved to another room and one night hot shower. The next back to tepid at best. Not unsurvivable just an annoyance. The bed however was much more comfortable. It’s definitely good...

"The receptionist did not know about OCI status, was asking unnecessary questions. The bed sheets , pillow cases , duvet covers were not changed after last check out. At 12 midnight we were sitting and waiting for the linen to be changed. "

"Vrisa is located next to Radisson and Marriot hotels, and while it does not have the 5-star hotel facilities it is top notch in the mid-range hotels. Room and facilities were clean to western standards and the service was good and staff was not creepy as can happen sometimes in Indian hotels. The only downside is lack of western breakfast and non-veg options. I would stay here again."

"I can't commend the staff enough. From the men on the door, reception, the restaurant staff and housekeeping; all were friendly, efficient and attentive. The room was well maintained and thoroughly cleaned. A good quality breakfast was included in the price. We spent 3 wonderful nights in the hotel which made out visit to Jaipur all the more memorable. We couldn't be more pleased with our stay at Le Confort Inn."

"Trotz Bestätigung der Buchung und zusätzliche telefonische Bestätigung durch meine Tochter, die schon früher vor Ort war, wusste der Herr an der Rezeption nichts von unserer Buchung. Morgens um 4 nach anstrengender Anreise nicht unbedingt das, worauf man Lust hat. Es gab dann auch nur ein Zimmer statt der gewünschte zwei, aber immerhin gab es dies eine. Am nächsten Tag dann hatten wir die bestellten zwei Zimmer, die auch in Ordnung waren."
