"Its very peacefull and quite and clean. Its self catering and shops are bit far so best take extra food and grocery. We stayed in bunglow and they got nice clean kitchen with all the cooking facilities. Rooms are nice but mattress are bit old.View from bunglows are lovely,I ll try to share image. Staff are friendly. All in all 5 stars. Price reflects. "

"Perfect location for holiday with our dog. The cottage was very cosy with everything you need, a lovely home from home. The area is very quiet but with the most amazing walks & easy to get around. We spent our days exploring, on the beach & then relaxing in the fabulous hot tub in between showers of heavy rain! "Amazing place! The ladies in reception of the hotel where we picked up the keys were so lovely. The apartment was stunning and over 2 floors, beautiful big bay window over looking the sea and the beds were very comfortable. It was extremely clean and tidy. Also loved the spa. "Such an excellent idea to change this building for guest to use. I love the sea, so perfect spot for us. Everything was super clean, comfortable and welcoming. I personally don't mind the noise of traffic but it may bother others as the property is directly on the road. The steps to the entrance are very steep. If you have a big dog make sure he/she is under control prior to opening the door. You may get to the beach quicker than expected. Loved the area for years, would deffo stay here again."

"D12 treetops at Clarach bay is a lovely setting. Family friendly and lovely staff. We had hot water and good recycling facilities. The site was perfect. However, some of our bedcovers had chocolate on them!!! We found spares to use instead. The green headboard on the main bedroom had a strong smell of unwashed hair ( it seriously needs to be replaced). We had no WiFi and on enquiring we were informed the previous guests had used it up? There were plenty cleaning materials and cooking facility...

"We had the most magical stay in this beautiful yurt near Barmouth. It was the perfect escape from the world – quiet, relaxing, and full of calm.
