"My wife and I have stayed in many different hotels and homes over the past five years. This was one of our favorites. Friendly people and a beautiful view!"

"The room was clean, and loved that it had a full sized refrigerator and kitchenette set up. The air would never actually go below 70 degrees, although it was set on 66 the entire week we were there. The shower pressure was non existent but there were 3 floors so I expected low pressure but it was poor. The beds were not the most comfortable either, mattress was on the thinner side. The manager there was great! She was helpful with all our additional needs!"

"I got severe bed bug bites from room 325 and had an allergic reaction from it. I told the staff and showed them the bites. The women at the desk just said sorry. I was like yah I get that but you need to treat the room. I stayed 2 days and tried to check the beds the first day but it is almost impossible with how dim the lighting is in the rooms. Darkness keeps bugs around and then to not have any kind of bed bug protection on the beds is crazy for such a high traffic place. I will be needing to...

"I want to start off by saying the service from staff members was SUPERB! Check-In was swift and simple. I was checked in within a couple of minutes. As for my room, bed was lumpy and wasn’t the best sleep I’ve had. Linens were clean though. Bathroom and sink were very clean! Room entertainment center seemed to be losing its legs due to what seems to be water damage. Which hopefully isn’t due to moisture in the carpet, but from my breathing issues during my stay…moisture is possible. Desk chair...

"The only complaint I have is that the bathroom doesn't have safety bar for the elderly. I had to hold my 93 yr. old mother while taking a shower. She was very scared of falling."

Personal no hay solo cuando llegue una persona de un aspecto no muy agradable fue la encargada de mi resrvacion . "This was a nightmare. The entire hotel is infested with cockroaches. The maid service was totally incompetent. We had to assist when and if we caught a cleaning lady and sweep our own floors and make our beds and ask multiple times for linens and bed sheets. No mops. No wiping of anything. I wanted a refund immediately but was told there was nothing we could do because we went through expedia. Tried to contact expedia and there are no humans to talk to. We paid ahead for 11 nights.
