Walls and floors must be very thin based upon the amount of noise we heard from above and next door. Can’t complain about cleanliness. Continental breakfast was mostly non existent. Looked like they put food out when it opened and never came back to refill. Saw numerous people looking for someone at front desk but nobody was around. Not very impressed."

"I was there for four nights and my room was never cleaned, no fresh towels or wash clothes. The sheets were really thin and pulling off the mattress .Three feet of the vinyl baseboard in my room was peeled off and laying the floor. The breakfast provided wasn’t very good so I ate breakfast elsewhere. The hot tub jets were shooting above the water level. I’ve stayed at many Quality Inns and Suites over the years and was always happy with my stay. No more!"
