"Peter was excellent! He was by himself on a very busy evening. He smiled and greeted everyone every single time. He rushed to help everyone and did so with a kind smile and welcoming tone. I’m glad he was there to check us in! They need more of him!"

"Stay was fine outside of the bugs"

"Customer service on arrival was outstanding and questions about places to visit , was knowledgeable"

"I could not believe this was a HILTON. I never stayed at a Hilton like this. The man at the front desk was very unfriendly when we checked in. When we checked our room out, we decided we could not sleep there comfortably. We went back to the front desk and no one was there. We waited for some time. "We stayed for 3 nights. The second day we got back from our activities and room service had not come by for fresh towels and to take the trash out. The next morning I stopped by the front desk to ask if they could come by. He said yes it has been assigned. We came back at 2 and no one had came by. She said they only clean rooms on the third day...

"The sheets in my room were not clean 😡. The front desk attendant brought new sheets. These were too thin. Finally got a clean set."

"Accommodations excellent and staff was exceptionally helpful with various requests ranging from replacing light bulbs to recommending excellent and reasonable restaurant."

"We had a great one night stay. The only negative was that in our suite the ac did not work in our bedroom so we kept the door open to the living area. Our room was a little warm while sleeping but nothing unbearable."

"Took a while to check in (had to wait a while on the front desk clerk to return) A Little wear and tear cosmetically, but our room was clean, staff was friendly."
