I would like to invite you to rent a detached brick house with a fenced plot by the water for your exclusive use only.
The summer resort is located in the village of Tresta Rządowa on the Sulejowski Lagoon, about 50 km from Lodz (Lodz Voivodeship), 100 km from Warsaw (access via expressway), about 180 km from Katowice, about 200 km from Lublin.
The plot is quite large, nicely landscaped, a lot of conifers, spruces, pines, but at the same time there is a place for sunbathing or playing ball (half of the plot in the shade, half in the sun).
The area is all fenced with a tight fence, level, safe, microclimate, beautiful wildlife, peace and quiet.
The plot has at your exclusive disposal a comfortable garden swing with cushions, 2 deckchairs, a large mobile barbecue, a hammock, a smoking tunnel. On the terrace there is garden furniture with cushions, a small sofa.
There is also the possibility to play various physical games, and parking for cars is fenced.
The house is solid, brick, one-storey with a covered terrace, with a covered balcony of approx. 90m2 (for max.6 persons). It consists of a living room with fireplace (hot air distribution to all rooms), kitchen, bathroom with toilet and two separate bedrooms upstairs (wooden ceiling).
The house is inside after refreshing, has partly replaced equipment, and after thermal modernization.
In the living room there is a leather sofa(sofa bed) with armchairs, and in each of the bedrooms upstairs there is a double bed with a luxurious, very comfortable mattress(by Sembella) and a sofa bed.
Pets are accepted for a one-off surcharge of PLN 100.
EVERYTHING IS FULLY EQUIPPED (CUTLERY, PLATES, DISHES) WITH ALL CONVENIENCES, (ELECTRICITY, SEWAGE SYSTEM, WATER FROM THE MUNICIPAL WATER SUPPLY) HOT WATER, SHOWER, TV WITH DIGITAL DECODER, LARGE FRIDGE WITH FREEZER, MICROWAVE, ELECTRIC KETTLE, FILTER COFFEE MAKER, GRILL).
BED LINEN, CLEANING, UTILITIES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.
ADDITIONAL PAYMENT FOR POSSIBLE FIREWOOD FOR HEATING.
In the immediate vicinity are huge forests, mushrooms, berries, fish in the lagoon. To the shore of the lagoon in a straight line it is about 200 metres of a protective belt of beautiful pine forest, which creates a microclimate and an amazing smell. The lagoon has a beautiful, wide sandy beach and shallow warm water. There is also the possibility of renting sports equipment, a small restaurant and a bar at the campsite. In the village of Smardzewice, there is a well-stocked Dino market, and it is possible to buy ready-made meals (Tomaszów Mazowiecki).
In the vicinity there is a European bison breeding centre, an open-air museum, a park with blue springs, caves to visit, and the town of Tomaszów Mazowiecki.

ATTRACTIVE PRICES - - all costs included in the price - no extra charges (apart from possible heating).
WELCOME TO RENT FROM APPROX. 15 APRIL TO 15 OCTOBER.
The price is for the exclusive rental of the entire house with the plot, regardless of the number of persons, with the proviso that the maximum number of persons is 6.
No more than 6 people are allowed on the property or house without the knowledge of the owner.
The price applies to rental for a minimum of 5 nights.
It is also possible to rent for shorter periods such as weekends(2 nights), especially outside the peak summer season.
I do not rent for any organised events.
After an initial booking by phone, online, or in person, I send the booking conditions, house rules to an email. A deposit must then be paid within 3 working days - failure to pay will result in cancellation of the booking.
The remaining part of the fee must be paid in advance, in cash, on the day of rental, arrival.
Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of the landlord's compliance with the booking conditions and house rules.
The deposit, payment is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, early departure by the landlord.
The landlord undertakes to book the date, prepare, handle and meet the rental date. The deposit will be refunded if the rental does not take place through the fault of the owner (breakdowns, damage to the house by forces of nature, etc.).

With departure-arrival in the summer on Saturday, Sunday the day ends at 12, begins at 16.
Other times can be arranged, but they must suit both parties.
