OFFER DIRECTLY FROM THE OWNER, PRIVATE, INDIVIDUAL.I invite you to rent an independent, detached brick house with a fenced plot of land by the water for exclusive use only for you.The summer resort is located in the village Tresta Rządowa by the Sulejowski Lagoon, about 50 km from Lodz (Lodz Voivodeship), 100 km from Warsaw (access via expressway), about 180 km from Katowice, about 200 km from Lublin.The plot is quite big, nicely landscaped, a lot of conifers, spruces, pines, but at the same time there is a place for sunbathing or playing ball (half of the plot in the shadow, half in the sun).The whole area is fenced, even, safe, microclimate, beautiful wildlife, peace and quiet.On the plot there is a comfortable garden swing with cushions, 2 deckchairs, a large mobile grill, a hammock, a tunnel for smoking. On the terrace there is garden furniture with cushions, a small sofa.There is also the possibility to play various physical games, and parking for cars is fenced.The house is a solid, brick, one-storey house with a covered terrace, with a covered balcony of approx. 90 m2 (for max. 6 persons). It consists of a living room with fireplace (hot air distribution to all rooms), kitchen, bathroom with toilet and two separate bedrooms upstairs (wooden ceiling).The house is inside after refreshing, has partly replaced equipment(2023),and after thermal modernization(2020).In the living room there is a sofa(sofa bed) with armchairs, and in each of the bedrooms upstairs there is a double bed with a luxurious, very comfortable mattress(by Sembella) and a sofa bed.Pets are accepted.EVERYTHING IS FULLY EQUIPPED (CUTLERY, PLATES, GARKI) WITH CONVENIENCES, (ELECTRICITY, SEWAGE, WATER FROM THE MUNICIPAL WATER SUPPLY) HOT WATER, SHOWER, TV WITH DIGITAL DECODER, LARGE FRIDGE WITH FREEZER, MICROWAVE, ELECTRIC KETTLE, DRIP COFFEE MAKER, GRILL).BED LINEN, CLEANING, UTILITIES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.OUTSIDE THE MAIN SEASON FIREWOOD FOR HEATING IS EXTRA PAID (APRIL, MAY, JUNE, SEPTEMBER, OCTOBER).In the immediate vicinity there are huge forests, mushrooms, forest fruit, fish in the lagoon. To the shore of the lagoon in a straight line it is about 200 metres of a protective belt of beautiful pine forest, which creates a microclimate and an amazing smell. The lagoon has a beautiful, wide sandy beach and shallow warm water. There is also the possibility of renting sports equipment, a small restaurant, and a bar at the camping site.
