"Was not advised before hand that they’re being renovated and that their pool was closed. They compensated by having the guests go to the next door hotel — it was alright, was not what we were expecting. The door knob to our room was dirty, tried to wipe it off but it was hard and it needed to be scrubbed. The room still shows that it was just renovated, paint stains on the floor, the grout in the shower was just done it was coming off when we were showering. Breakfast was alright. The front desk...

"Very nice place, this is actually the first time I’ve been to a motel. And it was amazing, the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. And, most importantly, the room is nice and clean. The washroom has walk in shower which I preferred the most. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to try living in a convenient motel."

"Do not like the 100.00 damage deposit hold that we were not told about until we were checking in. It does not show up on our receipt and when we were checking out we were told it would take 3 to 5 business days to be refunded. At check in she said it would be removed when we checked out. I think this is bad for business & don't like it at all."

"We had a fun stay at this accommodation. It was a perfect location to be in, close to downtown, amenities, Hwy 1 going to west or Banff. Kids and family had a fun time playing in the set up of the basement, with the games and rooms were decent size and clean. Host was easy to communicate with and all was ready when you check in. "The property was older and could use updating but clean. It did not seem that they clean the rooms daily but we did get new towels when we asked for them. Pool and hot tub were good. Hot water for the shower came and went as I was taking a shower."
