"There were a few issues with my original room in this hotel and my first night was quite disturbed. HOWEVER, the team on reception were so very helpful and sorted out a replacement without fuss, the hotel is fine but the staff are truly wonderful and that made my stay feel great."

"Wonderfully located inside the city walls and just a few minutes’ walk from the railway station. My room was enormous. The spa is the real star of this hotel: the hydrotherapy pool, saunas, and hammam room are lovely."

"This very clean accommodation had rooms and beds for our large group. Spread out so we were not crowded. Kitchen, game room, living room were great for our mix of ages. Lots of showers and baths. One shower is in a hallway so you should set up your privacy rules for that one before using it. And ..."

"Good quality accommodation in a great area. Easy access to city centre. Very welcoming front desk and room and accommodation were excellent with all you would need for a lovely stay. Only negative was a bit noisy at times at the front of hotel."
