What a great place to stay! Great location, beautiful home, and it has all of the amenities! The property has a spacious driveway with enough room for several vehicles, well equipped kitchen and patio area, and comfortable seating areas inside the home. The house was very clean, had everything we needed and the view in the back yard was great. However, the beds were not very comfortable and the host could have been a little nicer when the air conditioning went out.

On the river

This was by far the nicest VRBO property we have ever stayed at. So clean, well cared for and it had every supply and amenity you could need. The views out the windows were beautiful. Family uses this while at UT for graduation and we will definitely be back if we need somewhere with lots of space.

The perfect space!

The perfect spot for family coming into town for a get together! The property provided space for all of us to be together, but also allowed us to spread out. The extra bedding & extra box fans were a nice touch for the few members that had to sleep on the couches. Would totally recommend.
