"Love this hotel! It havr Great Onsen! Family mart right on main floor, very convenient. Staffs speaks good English. Property was very clean and exceptional onsen and amenities. "The staff were so helpful, thoughtful and kind. We had done multiple day reservations and as part of a group of 8 and everything was handled smoothly.
