"upgrade了我的房間，感謝前台山景很美麗，服務也很好，可惜在溫泉泡池很多人抽煙，煙味令到浸溫泉的體驗不好，早餐、晚餐味道也不錯，房間大寬敞，面對河景，早上看見職員釣魚，很好的體驗，其實在溫泉池不應該抽煙會影響其他客人"

"Overall a great stay. The restaurant had great food. The pool was amazing. The kids playroom was fantastic for my daughter. Rooms were nice with a nice view from the balcony. "Die Unterkunft ist leider nicht zu empfehlen. Bereits vor Ankunft wurden alle emails nicht beantwortet. Vor Ort hatten wir dann mehrfach Stromausfall über 5-6 Stunden und konnten dann auch keine Toilette nutzen. Ein Entgegenkommen vom Hotel gab es nicht. Die Hütten sind auch in einem schlechten Zustand ..."
