"Nice property on the lake, very responsive host, polite neighbors. The house was very clean and had everything we needed."

"The property is just as shown in the photos! Lots of space, great for our 3 generation family and having the option to bring dogs is MUCH appreciated! It's a little off the beaten-path, but within just a few minutes, you have Twin Lakes for a picnic & swim, Krupp's Mini-Mart for last-minute essentials and the Boondock Inn for good bar/grill food and live music! "Property has EVERYTHING you could possibly need and more including, and best of all, a beautiful beach and sunsets! Location was great. Very close to Houghton and Hancock but also convenient for exploring other areas of the Keweenaw Peninsula including Copper Harbor and the Porcupine Mountains. "

"My family and I were here 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect; right next to the beach and a short walk to Main Street Ontonagon. The house is older but well kept and has everything needed. Communication with the host was great and Michael checked in with us during our stay. The listing is not exaggerating about the beach path right to the yard, and the beach is amazing. "

"Cabin was clean and cozy, property was gorgeous and the whole family was blown away by the stars and just enjoying the silence and sounds of nature. Definitely will be back when we visit the penninsula again. A around, highly recommend!"

"Highest praise on all accounts. Booking and check in couldn’t have been easier. The rooms were just as described, actually even better. Location overlooking the town is perfect, literally only a stone’s throw from the Quincy mine tour which is a must see… but that’s another review. The hosts, David and Zac, couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. In summary, you should stay here soon because when they finish all of the restoration, you won’t be able to afford to stay here. It’s that good."

"The property was amazingly well-stocked with necessities and kitchen ware, pantry supplies, beach accessories. The location was in close proximity to town and easily accessible to Lake Superior beach walks. The owner was easy to contact with questions. It met our needs very well."

"I can’t say enough about this property! Spotless camper, with plenty of room. The property is definitely private and SO relaxing! The camper itself is well stocked with everything you could possibly need, the owners thought of everything! Keith made the check in and check out process so easy, and he was very communicative throughout our stay. Our dog loved just hanging out in the yard with plenty of room to run around. We had such a great time and we would definitely stay here again! "

"Lots of room, great cooking supplies for making meals, access to the shore, kayaks and fishing poles, books and games for rainy days. We have been here multiple times, and it's honestly one of our favorite places "
