"This property is beautiful. The lake is very nice, having kayaks for use was a huge plus. The two houses made it nice to spread out for some quiet. Very clean and well stocked. Amazing views. Our only critique would be that 2 of the listed bedrooms are not really bedrooms. But we made due with a smaller group than we originally planned so no complaints from us."

"It is not a great first impression as there are empty storefronts in the building, and there was a bike parked right in the way when we first walked in the front door. BUT, it is a very good value. We visited our son for Parent's Weekend at MTU and did not want to pay the high hotel prices. This property is clean and had what we needed. "

"Very cool property. Lots of open space making hanging out super fun. Retrofitting storefront to apartment left some spaces a bit odd, but we enjoyed the quirks. Close to Houghton and MTU which was perfect for us. I will say that it is directly adjacent to a an off road trail so it does get a bit noisy during the day but we were gone much of the time so it was OK. Just a warning in case anyone has kids that need naps. We will likely rent again for future visits to campus."
