  • La casa fue construida en 2006, sobre los restos y en el estilo de una granja histórica y se agregó una piscina de 5x10 mt (16x32 pies) en 2018. A solo 50 metros de las murallas medievales de la ciudad, se encuentra en el centro de una finca con robles envejecidos, nogales, olivos y frutales. Los propietarios, Paola y Giovanni, viven en Davis, California (EE. UU.) Y les encanta venir a Todi para sus vacaciones con sus 3 hijos. Durante el resto del año el apartamento está disponible para alquilar.
    La casa se compone de dos apartamentos totalmente independientes: uno está en la planta baja y el otro está en el primer piso, también disponible para alquilar.
    La casa tiene plaza de aparcamiento al aire libre, bastante característica única de una casa en Todi.
    Tranquilo y aislado, la casa está muy bien situado cerca del centro histórico de Todi. Proporciona la ubicación ideal para viajes de un día a lugares de muy alto interés artístico, histórico, natural y religioso. En menos de una hora los huéspedes de unidad pueden llegar Orvieto, Perugia, Spoleto, Asís (St. Francis), Spello, Cortona, Trevi, Lago Trasimeno, las ruinas romanas de Carsulae, Arezzo (Piero della Francesca Frescos), Norcia, Cascia y muchas otras de Umbría y el sur de la Toscana Ciudades (Siena se encuentra a 90 minutos en coche, Florencia y Roma son 2 horas ). También dentro de una hora en coche hay sitios naturalistas excepcionales como "Cascada de Marmore" (las cascadas más grandes de Italia), Monti Sibillini y varios parques naturales.

Absolutely fabulous! The property has everything you’d need, all in beautiful setting with a stunning pool. Adele was so helpful and generous with great recommendations during our stay. We can’t wait to get back again.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment in Todi! The views from the bedrooms and pool are stunning and the apartment is situated close to the medieval walls of the city. Adele was very responsive and so helpful in recommending restaurants etc - we had a lovely stay and definitely recommend to others!

Fantastic views and pool amazing and so clean. The apartment was comfortable with spacious bathrooms and bedrooms. Adele the owner was very pleasant and helpful. We had a lovely time there and with the bonus of being within walking distance to Todi Would stay again!

Adele was a very welcoming host. Her apartments are excellent for a longer stay. They are fully equipped with everything you need. The proximity to Todi was wonderful. We would walk into town every day . The grounds of the apartment are beautiful with walking paths through the olive trees. The apartment was sparkling clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldNot hesitate to come back. Many thanks to Adele for her very welcoming hospitality.

We would love to move in!

We had a wonderful time at Adele‘s home. She was lovely and so helpful and the property is spectacular. It’s a great base for a lot of fun activities in Umbria and we will definitely find a way to go back. Our entire family had the best time and we recommend this property to anyone who is looking forward to some relaxing and interesting time away.

Well equipped property close to historic Todi

This was a delightful property furnished with everything needed for a comfortable stay and with lovely grounds, splendid views and a good swimming pool. The particular attraction for us was having a property with parking but also within walking distance of the historic town of Todi and its many restaurants and attractions. Adele was a very helpful hostess and there was good communication throughout.

Beautiful place

This property is beautiful and the holy grail of places in this part of the world - uninterrupted views of the countryside and walking distance to medieval town full of restaurants and historic buildings. Adele is the perfect host and as she lives in neighbouring property is on hand at all times. Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay in Todi

We enjoyed the calm atmosphere of the area. It was a very beautiful location and less crowds. Adele was a great host and made us feel very welcomed. The apartment was nicely furnished. The table on the patio was a favorite location for relaxing. It is a great place to stay with a car. The parking is convenient and taking day trips in Umbria was easy from the location. I would definitely stay there again if I was in Umbria.

This is the best property. We felt at home and very comfortable. Adelle couldn't have been nicer. It was like staying with family. We actually didn't want to leave. The town and the people in the area couldn't have been nicer. I would strongly encourage you to rent this property.

Felt Like Home In Umbria

We were very satisfied with our stay for three weeks. Our host, Adele, was outstanding and provided very helpful information. The property was both very comfortable and convenient to accessing other points of interest in Umbria. There was a parking area close by to take the funicular or bus to the center of Todi. We would love to return in the future if our plans bring us back to Umbria.

Umbrian Perfection

The place was exactly as described in the listing and perfect for our family of 4. The house was perfectly located just outside the walls of Todi. We stayed here for a month and it was a great base to explore the many beautiful towns in Umbria. We also day tripped into Florence and Rome. When we weren’t touring around we enjoyed a lovely walk into Todi and afternoons by the beautiful pool. Adele was so helpful and made our stay super comfortable. We recommend a car to explore the surrounding towns and getting to the big grocery store at the bottom of the hill but not necessary for exploring Todi. Can’t wait to come back one day.

AMAZING

So glad we found this place during our time in Umbria. It's in the countryside with wonderful views and olive trees galore. The apartment was very spacious and spotlessly clean. It was perfect for the 2 couples. We also had a chance to enjoy the pool....very refreshing. This property was close to the town centre and Orvieto was a 30 minute drive and well worth seeing. Our hostess Adele was wonderful, she was very helpful in recommendations. She lives in a separate house on the property but respected our privacy. We highly recommend this VRBO.

Charming place with great views

The house is just below Todi - 200 meters to citygate and 500 meters up to center of town through narrow streets and old buildings - tough but worth it as Todi is charming and have good restaurants. The house itself is spacious with all what you need (well equiped kitchen, great bed, 3 bathrooms, nice outdoor sitting area) so you can easily stay there for an extended period. But the best is the fantastic views towards the hilly landscape. Great from the nice chairs at your private space behind the house even better if you walk 30 meters through the olive field to the terasse there. Nice pool with good size for swimming. Adele takes good care of you - ask her for restaurant recommendations -

Perfect end to our trip

This was the last of three properties we stayed at in Umbria. It was everyone's favorite. We stayed there for four nights at the end of April and easily could have stayed there for a month. The town of Todi is easily accessible. Adele and family are so hospitable and are a model of how a VRBO host should be. You can probably read in the other reviews how great the property is which is all true. I will say that the driveway is a bit hairy going down the first time, but after a couple times it's not a problem. Actually, the hillside that the property is on provides fabulous views of the surrounding country. There is a picture-perfect pool and gazebo in the olive tree orchard. We will certainly be back. It would a great place to go for a week with friends. Thanks Adele and family for making this a great place!

Fabulous stay with gorgeous pool and gardens

Our party of 4 adults stayed a week on our first trip to Umbria. Todi was the perfect location. The property is in a delightful and peaceful location, set in really nice gardens and spacious pool with recliners and decking. 10 minute walk to the entrance to the the historic part of Todi and another 10 minute to reach the main piazza. The apartment was the lower part of a very nice villa which was nicely presented,with a great covered outside area where we mostly had meals. Whilst it was an apartment, it felt like a private villa with nice views from the windows. Spacious, good quality,well equipped, well maintained and very clean. Had everything we needed. Adele the owner host was charming, very responsive and helpful. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending this accommodation and Todi. Thanks Adele.!

Maison très agréable et emplacement magique

PERFECT !!!

A truly delightful villa and an ideal base to explore the region. A wonderfully private location, yet just a short walk/drive from the heart of Todi. Fresh figs from the surrounding trees & panoramic views of the Umbrian countryside from the magnificent pool - what more can you ask for!!! Adele is a superstar, and made us feel instantly at home – nothing was too much for her. When events beyond our control occurred, Adele (with her perfect English) went above and beyond to help us out. We returned home refreshed and recharged - thank you!!!

Carpe diem in Todi bei Adele !!

Wir (3 Personen) durften diese schöne Ferienwohnung 10 Tage im Juni genießen und können sie einfach nur uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen: - schönes Haus im typisch umbrischen Baustil, ausgestattet mit vielen Extras - großzügige Räume mit zweckmäßiger Aufteilung - landestypische Einrichtung mit Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet - bequeme Betten, alles sehr sauber - gut funktionierende Klimaanlage (wir haben sie gar nicht gebraucht) - kleine Terrasse nach hinten mit traumhaften Ausblick - perfekt um den Tag mit einem Glas Wein ausklingen zu lassen :-) - schöne überdachte Terrasse am Eingangsbereich - weitläufiger, wunderschön angelegter Außenbereich mit unzähligen Arten von Pflanzen und weiteren Sitzgelegenheiten - sehr schöner, sauberer Pool mit bequemen Liegen und dazu immer der spektakuläre Ausblick - perfekte Lage um einige Ausflüge in Umbrien zu unternehmen - Todi ist gut fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar - viele nette Lokale ( wir können Le Scalette und Pane & Vino empfehlen) Und dann natürlich noch die liebenswerte Betreuung durch Adele - sie war immer für uns da, wenn man sie brauchte und konnte uns in perfekter deutscher Sprache weiterhelfen. Eine traumhaft schöne Gegend, die noch nicht von Touristen überlaufen ist und einen den Alltag vergessen lässt. Ciao Todi, Ciao liebe Adele

Beautiful setting, gorgeous gardens and a stunning pool. The house was comfortable and perfect for our needs. Adele was extremely welcoming and very helpful. We would go back happily any time.

Beautiful apartment

We loved our apartment just outside of Todi. It had everything we needed to cook in and was close to many restaurants in Todi if we chose to go out. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and sat among olive and fig trees. The grounds were gorgeous as was the pool. Adele was helpful with everything we needed. Todi is close to the center of Umbria so it was very convenient to drive to the many wonderful towns and villages.
