"This is not in the heart of Seville but it is within walking distance. There is a grocery store nearby. We were there for two nights mid-way through a 2 week international trip. Having access to laundry (in our room) was amazing! The kitchenette was greatly appreciated allowing us to eat several meals there and enjoy the roof top dining. Definitely recommend and would stay there again. Had no direct contact with anyone for check in or check out but all went smoothly. "

"Great spot in nice neighborhood. Easy to walk to the grocery store or soccer stadium. Room has a nice size washing machine, and my room actually had two washing machines because it was the one that sleeps eight. AC worked great. "

"Very clean and spacious and quiet and very safe to stay. I like the location that it’s just a walking distance to the Alameda de Hercules with variety of restaurants. It’s so easy to communicate with the owner/ manager by What’s App who is very accommodating. I highly recommend this place."

"Great facilities, more than expected. WiFi throughout the property and parking was outside the property or in the garage. The pool was a welcome treat especially with the very hot weather. The village and shops were all walking distance and the bigger supermarkets a short drive away. 30 mins from Seville which is a beautiful place to visit. All in all a fantastic experience "

L'emplacement est idéal pour les visites des grandes villes espagnoles. David est sympa. Il nous a très bien accueilli. Il est très arrangeant pour l'arrivée et le départ.
