In a delightful farm setting located close to a small hamlet of Cove and within a short drive of the town of Bampton. The Gearing is within a barn conversion which consists of 4 properties and is ideal for couples or together with the other properies ideal for groups of families or friends wishing to holiday together.  Each property has its own patio and shared use of gardens and an outdoor spa pool. Offering lovely views of the valleys and surrounding countryside this is an ideal place from which to explore the many delights of the area including a 12th-century castle at Tiverton, Exmoor National Park, the coastal town of Lynmouth or Bickleigh Mill which offers fishing, farm shops, a tea garden and picnic area.

Comfortabele schuurwoning in Devon/Somerset

Bij boerderij met uiterst vriendelijke beheerder zijn meerdere appartementen op de begane grond gerealiseerd met prachtig uitzicht op het mooie omliggende landelijke gebied. Uitstekende locatie voor bezoek Devon en Somerset en zowel de noord als de zuidkust

Peaceful and pretty

The location was easy to find, welcomed by the farm owner who gave us valuable info, property was clean and all the little things were taken care of. Hot tub was amazing and after a day of touring around the area well worth a dip, especially when looking at a spectacular view. Very peaceful and relaxing stay.
