"This hotel is outside the city of Lucerne but only 20 minutes away. It is nice and peaceful, which was our preference. The Mt. Pilatus train station in Alpnachstadt is just a few minutes away. We got to enjoy both sunset and sunrise from our balcony.
The staff were friendly and professional and the room was clean and uniquely charming but with modern conveniences. The restaurant served excellent local favorite dishes.
We look forward to another stay in the coming years.

"Fantastic hotel , staff went above and beyond , the food was fantastic and well presented , I also believe that air con is soon to be fitted in the hotel rooms which it defiantly needs in the hot weather
