"Awesome breakfast. Mostly locally sourced ingredients. A good variety to choose from and gluten free bread is available upon request. Staff were truly wonderful. Everyone was kind, friendly and helpful. Our room, whilst small, made good use of the space. Close to public transport, which if you stay 2 or more nights is free with a tourist card issued by the hotel. Patio is lovely and the garden looked peaceful and beautiful. Unfortunately it was too wet during our stay to enjoy it. "

"Zero information on how to check in to the property (not at the apartment location), zero response to messages, locked out of building multiple nights with faulty key cards and had to walk across town to the hotel that manages the apartments to have them re-coded. This place is a joke. "

"The apartment was charming, beautifully refurbished. The location was prime, many places to dine, and easily walkable from the train station. Everything worked just fine. Two things downgraded the score from perfect. 1. (on me) we have several pieces of luggage, one extremely heavy, we are seniors, and there is no elevator. I forget that in Europe first floor does not mean ground floor. So factor that in. And 2. During an exchange with a rude cab driver, my checkin/checkout instructions got lost...

"Not being able to stop out front to off load luggage was a little inconvenient but after looping sprints 4-5 times we finally found a spot open next door to stop. Room was lovely ! Beds/sheets were great, air conditioning actually worked, great view. Not sure if instant coffee is popular in Europe but our if our 16 hotels on this trip we prepared when there was proper coffee but that’s not a huge deal . Breakfast was great ! Lots offered . Staff was slow and it took forever to get coffees...
