Basic budget cash grab hotel.
We paid for two balcony rooms but were given two standard - didn't see the point in notifying the staff as looking at the balcony from the outside, they don't look like they would have added any value to the experience. There is no air conditioning in the hallways - open your room door to a wall of heat!
Location - is too far from the city for tourists and too out the way for business.
Staff - Of the staff we saw, two worked very hard, tried their best to help. Rest are under-confident and inexperienced. Night guy couldn't care less about guests. They all seem to fear the hotel manager - of whom makes the staff serve him, and clean up after him in the bar, like he's royalty. The staff become task, rather than guest focused when he's around.
Amenities - Bar is overpriced but they offer free pickle water in reception - possibly the grossest thing we have ever tasted. You also get 1 free bottle of water, despite paying for 6 nights and the hotel fills the fridge in the room with a garbage minibar like it's 1999, so the fridge can't be used.
Cleanliness - For a new build, it's build materials look low quality, inside and out. The housekeep only changes the bed sheets and the towels - they do not clean or replenish the soaps. A thick lair of dust covers most objects in the room. At one point we asked for an iron and board and were provided with only a leaking iron. There is no guest washing machine despite this being advertised.
