"This place is like no other. The property is beautiful and idilic. The property is situated on Lake Titicaca and this lake is stunning. All meals, beverages and excursions were included. We enjoyed our time. Abel was one of the best guides we have encountered. We would return. "

"Very nice 3 star hotel. The staff was great. Buffet breakfast was also great. Hot water worked. Thr heater kept the room very warm. The only negative i have is the room is not soundproof. My room was on the 4th floor. I could here the dogs barked and people talki. But, overall, i was happy with my stay."

"Staff were very helpful when tour operator issues occurred. At the end of the day they went above and beyond to help us receive an evening meal due to late return I the hotel after the restaurant had closed."

"We had an amazing one night experience staying at Casita del Titicaca. The hospitality was outstanding and we very much enjoyed Edens company. He took us fishing, arranged for logistics to and from Puno and served us excellent meals for dinner, breakfast and lunch, food was both fresh and tasty and we had desserts as well. The bathrooms are as comfortable as can be but we did have hot showers (low water pressure but thats a given). The beds were warm and comfortable and all three of us slept...

"This hotel is located near the main plaza, yet in a quiet area. Everything was good, but the highlight of our stay was Gabriela at the front desk—she was truly the heart of this hotel. Kind, attentive, and always eager to help, she assisted us with everything we needed. The only downside was the breakfast buffet. "This is a very pleasant hotel right next to the main square. Very helpful reception staff. They offered and arranged excellent tours to Sillustani and Lake Titikaka islands which were well organised and good value. "

"The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the main square. The family owners of this property are so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is made to order not the typical stale buffet. We were stuck in the city all day and they allowed us to sit in the lobby and wait. We shared a pizza with the owner and wonderful conversation. The amazing staff more than makes up for the lack of amenities. "
