"Die Insel Seaside Apartment 6" in Timmendorfer Strand is a comfortable apartment offering a relaxing stay for up to 3 people. With a total area of 43 m², the apartment features 2 rooms, including 1 separate bedroom, and is located on the 2nd floor of the vacation complex.

From the hallway—which features a small mirror and an open shoe rack—you’ll enter the bathroom with a shower (low step), a makeup mirror, and a hair dryer.

You’ll also enjoy a small kitchen in this apartment that opens onto the living room. It includes a 2-burner stove, an espresso machine (Nespresso), a drip coffee maker, a kettle, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A toaster and kitchen utensils are also provided, and a dishwasher adds to your comfort.
There is also a dining table in the living area, perfect for sharing meals together.

The cozy living room, featuring a sleeper sofa (140x200 cm) and blackout curtains, is the perfect place to unwind in the evening after an active day at the beach. Entertainment is also taken care of here: a smart TV, a radio, and a stereo system are at your disposal.

In the small, separate bedroom, a cozy double bed (160x200 cm) awaits you, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. You’ll also find a dresser, a mirror, and a large closet in the living room.

For your daily needs during your vacation, a shared coin-operated washer and dryer (50-cent coins) are available in the basement. An iron with an ironing board and a vacuum cleaner are provided in the apartment.

A special highlight is the balcony with patio furniture and an awning, where you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air with a glass of wine.
Here you can relax at the end of the day and let your gaze wander over the green surroundings.

The location offers easy access to daily necessities and leisure activities: Shopping is just 450 m away, and the town center is about 350 m away. The beach is about 100 m away. The train station is also approximately 800 m away, making trips and travel flexible.
You can park your bicycles in a designated outdoor parking area next to the house.

Facilities:

The “Die Insel” apartment building is centrally located in a quiet area near the beach in Timmendorfer Strand. The pedestrian zone, the fine sandy beach, and the beautiful spa park are just a few minutes’ walk away. A parking space is available right next to the building. There is also a coin-operated washing machine and dryer in the building’s basement. A bicycle storage room and an outdoor bicycle parking area are available for guests bringing their own bicycles. The apartments on the 1st or 2nd floor are easily accessible in Building 2a via an elevator.

Unfortunately, there is no elevator in Building 2.
