Lorena (spelling) is the BEST!!! We absolutely love her. She will not let you run out of anything. She always welcomes us with a nice clean room. Always a perfect stay at Jacks!! Secludish, and you won’t beat the view or the staff!

Did not use the hot tub. Check in was very easy. I started trying to get in touch with someone on Friday after check in about the WiFi was not working and about we were going to need more towel by Sunday morning. I never heard from anyone till almost 6 am Sunday morning. So by then it was not needed. ...
