"Had our parents stay with us as well as our son that goes to WT. Had our 3 dogs as well that enjoyed the backyard. Unfortunately our 4th dog had to stay at home because only 3 dogs are allowed. But nonetheless it was a great stay."

"Lovely scenery! Friendly owners. Cabin had all we needed for our stay. Our only negative on our stay was out the front door overlooking the pasture in front of the porch is alot of building debris from a fallen out building. It would have been a much prettier view without it there. We did find some dirty laundry inside the couch fold out bed and some personal hygiene products upstairs in the loft. We left those items where they were found. "

"My wife and two dogs recently stayed here and had a comfortable night stay. It was real nice and clean. Amarillo College is across the street along with a park which made for a nice morning walk."

"The cottage was very clean and bright. Location to everything was convenient. The bed in one of the bedrooms was very soft and my husband and I kept rolling into the middle. If you like soft beds then you’re all set. There was a back shed/ garage on the property but not sure who lived in it.They never bothered us and we never saw anyone so I guess that is perfectly fine. Just want anyone not to be alarmed. All in all it was a great clean and convenient house."

"Real Boxcar with lots of personality in western decor. Travel books for ideas available. Could grill outside if you planned & brought meat/potatoes. Quiet location in pasture. Park right next to patio."

"McKinley House worked well for us as a stopping point as we traveled through Amarillo. The house was clean and in a good location. We always appreciate garage access, especially this time of year when the weather is unpredictable. We would definitely stay again. "

"We had a very nice stay. The house was stock full of everything you would need while vacationing and was clean, comfortable, cozy and had just enough space for my family of 5 and my brother's family of 3 but what made it super special was stepping outside to stunning views of Palo Duro canyon!! You can't beat those views just spectacular!"
