"This was our third stay at Magnolia, the staff at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. The stream is beautiful and they just opened a restaurant. The food was really good. My only complaint is a cleanliness. I would suggest that they do some quality control around the cleanliness because the lodge was not clean. The floor was extremely dirty. There was some hair in the top. I didn’t feel comfortable using the kitchen because it was not clean.. just something to focus on moving forward....

"This place looks real nice online, but don't be mistaken! When i showed up the jacuzzi suite that i had already paid for, which is the reason i went to this hotel, was not available! The guy offered me a different room, with a jetted tub, instead for the same price! Not to mention the jetted tub was in between the bathroom and the bedroom area. "The rooms were clean but the hotel was being renovated, so the lobby and elevator was in poor condition. Housekeeping was vacuuming the floor right outside room before late check out. The vacuum is mad loud. I think it’s time for a new one. Overall my stay was ok. The hotel served its purpose for an overnight stay. "
