Needs some maintenance water damage and broken lamps and windows that don’t open. One of the bedrooms smells like dog pee they should remove the carpet or replace it. "We enjoyed our one night stay. The room was clean and comfortable and matched the pictures online exactly. I saw a couple of ants scouting here and there and knew they would possibly get into food packages so I was strategic with our bags that contained food. By the morning the ants had found the garbage can by the fridge. "They weren’t kidding when they said great birding from this property. Especially if you like Great Blue Herons. Constant activity on the old wharf and surrounding bay view that fills all the windows on the back of the house. Handy location to base out of for all your Bodega Bay activities, and plenty of information provided to start from."
