"It is a beautiful location. Far enough away but close enough to get to everything easily. The property is super well maintained and the Host is great!!"

"Codax retreat was a fantastic home for our family of 14 people (ages 2-60). We did have to get creative with sleeping situations with kids as some of the sleeping areas are in the loft which is very open. We comfortably slept 8 adults in beds and 2 kids in the bunk beds. The other four kids slept on kid air mattresses (not provided). The 2.5 bathrooms were great to have. The open space was great and the garage - the kids LOVED. There were so many games/activities for all ages. We had plenty to...

My initial concern that the day before check-in I was informed that a friend of theirs was going to be staying in their space downstairs. Nothing was on the listing about two spaces. "Cute cottage that has a lovely location on the river. Surprising amount of space including a comfortable living room and dining room. Host has done a nice job. As others have noted it is very close to a relatively busy road but a white noise machine will help. Short drive to Cornell and hiking /biking trails."
