"Room was filthy and nothing was cleaned. I took pictures of the shower because no one has cleaned it. Stains were on the couch. King size bed with queen sized sheets and blankets. We paid extra for a hot tub room and the tub was nasty so we couldn’t even use it. Found bugs in the tub and shower."
