"Apartment is modern and in great location. Right next to subway station (U-Bahn, U8 line), and tram, and bus. The “deluxe apartment” has two rooms and one bathroom. They put an extra bed, so it can sleep 6 (2 one room, 4 the other). Very active neighborhood. You can hear the cars from the bigger room. Reception is open 9-5pm. They have emergency phone line for afterwards. Lots of restaurants near by. The Turkish donor place across the street is open 23 hours/day. Heater didn’t work one day. Had...

"excellent location within easy walking distance of underground, trams & buses. Plenty of restaurants within a few mins walk. Professional & friendly staff. Lovely balcony, well decorated. Good breakfasts The sofa is incredibly uncomfortable, not that we were inside to sit on it. The duvet on the double bed is too small. I am sure we could have asked for a second if we had wanted. "Es war wunderschön. Wenn man einfach mal die Seele baumeln lassen möchte und dem Alltag entfliehen dann ist man dort genau richtig. Für Hund und Mensch ein Paradies. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft und das riesige Grundstück direkt am Wasser mit Zugang einfach perfekt. Mückenspray nicht vergessen Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder. "

"I LOVED staying here! I found it so cozy and charming. There's a huge window looking out onto a tree, and in the loft bed I felt like I was perched in a tree house. I loved having a fridge and stove, too. Check-in and out were via a lock box, which was very convenient.It is a very quiet location, but located just off a busy street with lots of charming restaurants, and a laundromat right around the corner. Groceries and public transit are a short walk away. I would happily stay here again....

"Apartamento sencillo, bonito y agradable con lo básico y necesario. Situado en una zona tranquila con muchos servicios. Bien comunicada por el transporte publico. Propietario muy amable, comunicativo y dispuesto a solucionar cualquier problema o necesidad que pudieramos tener. Si volvemos a Berlin, nos gustaria repetir apartamento. Muchas gracias"
