"Had an excellent stay. Family of 3 had plenty of room and our own beds. Had great location and parking. Host checked in to make sure everything was going good with the stay or to address any issues. It was nice to have a kitchenette with dishes and breakfast included."

"I learned about Studio 6 through my Bring Fido app; I needed a place to stay with my dog while supporting my sister through a death in her family. The location was excellent and the outside grounds were kept up pretty well. The inside of the building was not very clean. (Unvacuumed hallways and stairwell as well as sticky pills on the floor and in the elevator. Upon arrival, my room was not ready and I waited nearly 3 hours for it to be prepared. "Late check in and early check out times at 4PM & 10AM were not great for my a single night stay, which was actually only 18 hours of the property, and included someone mowing the yard at 7PM on a Saturday. Key pads didn't work on either door, which delayed entering for an hour while I tried to contact the host. I wasn't able to get back in later in the night as well. I had to call the host to get a key while our dog was stuck inside at 11PM. Google & YouTube search suggested the door touchpad's...

"We came in from Pittsburgh, PA for a huge event in the city that was well advertised.
When checking in, the process was rather lengthy with multiple people waiting. The ‘incidental’ charges were different prices for everyone.
The pool was not filled/operable. The fireplaces outside were also inoperable. And, upon arrival from the event later in the evening, there were no parking spaces available without sufficient help from staff to rectify the situation. The rooms were nice-but there’s no...
