"Pas de réception ouvert après 19:00 voir avant. Pas de mail reçu pour les instructions. Contact téléphonique uniquement en espagnol. Pour nous signaler que l’hôtel était soi disant fermé. Et qu’il fallait appeler un avocat. Au final on a du trouver un autre logement vers 22:00 …"
