  • A luxury and exclusive beach house, family owned and located by the beach in the main avenue of Puerto del Carmen.

    The property's best feature is the nice ample terrace overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, perfect to bask in the sunshine. It is an ideal apartment for those who want to relax and enjoy the beautiful climate of Lanzarote whilst also being close to all amenities.

    The apartment is very quiet and peaceful, one of the few residences right on the coastline, with walking distances to the main amenities of Puerto del Carmen including restaurants & bars, shopping centres, supermarkets and excursions and car hire.

    There is a nice and huge terrace with privileged views to the sea. The property has private access to the beach of la Peñita. It is also just a 10 min walk if you want to enjoy any of the main beaches of Puerto del Carmen.

    A swimming pool is not necessary here as you have a beautiful beach just 1 second away!

    There are two spacious bedrooms both with double beds. This has a nautical theme ideal for the kids. There are also two bathrooms one inside the property and the other accessible from the terrace, perfect when you come back from the beach.

    It is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, conventional oven and all the crockery and tableware that you may need. The villa is also equipped with free WIFI. There are TVs in the Kitchen, the main bedroom and a SMART TV the living room.

    The owners provide linen and towels and if a highchair or cot is required all you need do is ask.

    We like to give our guests space but are available 24/7 for anything they may need, be it a restaurant recommendation or a detail in the apartment, we are just a phone call/text message away.

    *Baby cot and high chair can be provided at a fee, please contact us before you arrival.

    *If you have a late flight back home we can organise a guaranteed late check out at a reasonable price, depending on availability on moment of inquiry. This way you can stay in the apartment until the time that suits you best. Just ask us for more information.

Fantastic apartment perfect location

We have just returned from a brilliant week in this lovely apartment . We were given a very warm welcome by Braulio and Karen who met us and showed us around . The apartment has got all facilities that you need and tastefully decorated with lots of lovely touches, the beds are very comfortable and bedrooms offer plenty of storage space. The kitchen was great and best of was the brilliant balcony with plenty of space for sunbathing and overlooking the sea with very easy access to the beach, it is ideally located for bars and restaurants and the supermarket we loved it and will be booking again.

Perfekte Lage

Geweckt wird man mit Meeresrauschen, vom Balkon schau man direkt aufs Meer, vor der Haustür ist direkt die Promenade (von der man nichts hört). Perfekter Urlaub zum Erholen. Wir kommen wieder.

This apartment mad eour holiday!!!

Let me just say that the pictures don't capture just how magical the apartment is. I stayed at the apartment for a week with my partner last April and we were breath taken by the view from our terrace, where we spent a lot of our time enjoying the sunny days with the ocean at our doorstep. It is located right in the middle of the promenade and amenities were very close by. We were surprised at the fact that the area is a busy one however when in the apartment it seemed that we were in a totally different place, so peaceful. The apartment is very well equipped and very comfortable. Obviously we highly recommend this apartment, a big thank you to Braulio and his mom Lidia for their lovely hospitality, great communication and recommendations for lovely Spanish restaurants which we wouldn’t have found if it weren’t for them!

Heaven on earth!

What a fantastic villa and right on the water's edge. A few steps down and you are on what seems like a private sandy beach. A few steps up and you are in the heart of Puerto Del Carmen. Every which way you look are restaurants shops and entertainment places. Its all there. You don't even need to hire a car. The villa was spotless and very well furnished with all amenities. Everything as advertised. French windows look onto the large terrace right over the beach. What we noted most was that although the bustling street was just a few meters away, on the terrace you could only hear the relaxing waves. The hosts were always available if we needed them. We had a marvelous time. Need I say more!
