A cozy patio in the garden invite you to relax or the children for playing.Obermutten is on the top of the hill near Mutten. In the building beside the apartment ("Kulturtenn") there is a little self-service Shop with goods from Mutten/Obermutten.
A reserved parking directly beside the house. Mountain road (from the end of the village Mutten: dirt road), in winter four-wheel drive recommended. Bright and cosy eat-in kitchen on the ground floor with a dining nook and sofa. 1 room with a bunk bed on the ground floor, bath room with shower/WC, storge with washing machine and freezer. Kitchen completely appointed (dishwasher, espresso machine, etc.). Floor heating on the ground floor. In the first floor there is one bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. 2 electric kiln in the bedrooms.
