"There were snafus with the check in. The customer service helped me well but it was a delay in 30 or so minutes to access our two units. The place wasn't cleaned on a certain schedule which is challenging and then you run out of garback bags and toilet paper. It's a great spot for business, and closeness to things like grocery and pubs. I'll stay again for sure. It's a really nice flat for what it is. "

"Communication was great. Apartment easy to find from directions & entry was simple once i got my head around the key codes. Apartment was clean & well appointed. Little bit of wear & tear but nothing to detract from the comfort & location. Have already booked up for my next stay in one of their other apartments in the same block."

"Stayed here for 4 nights. The house was well equipped and very clean. Communication with host was great. A lovely gesture by the host leaving a bottle of prosecco and box of fudge. Very close to the beachfront, which was great as parents are almost 90 years old. Didn't realise the caravan park was directly in front which was our main view, small view of the sea could be seen from balcony. Lovely coastal walks without taking the car.One downside of the area was the road in and out , it was so...

"The flat itself was very good. A great location, big and airy, a bit shabby chic but nice. The service from the local agent (PlumLocations) was terrible. We confirmed availability of, booked, and paid in advance for a late check-out but they unilaterally cancelled at short notice, without offering any mitigation such as somewhere to store our suitcases and hence leaving us nursing bulky suitcases for a couple of hours. Pretty shabby customer service."

"Superb property in a great location with so much to do in walking distance. All bases covered in the property and the photos don't do justice to the size and space. Will definitely look to book the property again if we visit the area in the future. Great communication from Emma with the few questions we had. thank you."

"Beautifull position, veiws outstanding, well equipted, very cosy, and clean, In a brilliant postion for walking and relaxing, also just a quick hop across the ferry to vibrant Dartmouth with many shops and restraunts. Carparking is a couple of minutes walk away, perfect. The property has a lovery patio where to relax and blow your mind as the sun sets. "I had no wifi as there isnt in Foxes Den at first i was disconcerted then enjoyed reading and sitting outside instead of infront of the TV. It was just what I needed"

"Lovely break for all of the family. Quote for the grandparents but the beach, national trust activities and ferry trips for the kids. "

"The house was very clean, milk in the fridge, tea bags and cookies. Perfect for arrival! It was exactly as in the photos. We loved watching the sunset from the balcony. The location was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to family and friends. "
